The download package includes one copy of the printed book, including postage, and additional copies can be ordered. Printed books can be ordered without the download package. Discounts are available for multiple copies – for details go to the Shop page, and click on the book. Shipping charges can be viewed on the Delivery page.
Once you have confirmed your order and payment has been received, the book(s) will be dispatched as soon as possible, normally within 7 days at the latest, and if you order the downloadable Resource, you will receive email notification that you can download it.

If you need to return any books, we recommend using the Contact Us page initially. You can request a replacement, or a refund, if the books are returned in pristine condition within 28 days.
