Once you have confirmed your order and payment has been received, the book(s) will be dispatched as soon as possible, normally within 7 working days, and if you ordered the downloadable Resource, you will receive email notification that you can download it.
The charge for the packing and posting of your book(s) can be seen below, based on how many books you order.
One printed book will be sent to you free of charge if you buy the Teaching Resource download.

Returns policy
If you need to return any books, we recommend using the Contact Us page initially. You can request a replacement, or a refund, if the books are returned in pristine condition within 28 days. Replacements will be dispatched normally within 7 working days following receipt of a returned item.
